Technical Integration Analyst/Architect

What we are looking for:

We are in search of a Technical Integration Analyst/Architect to support our development team in the integration of our C3 software solution with a number of applications, platforms, and systems. This role includes working with the development team throughout all aspects of the product integration, including research, design, and implementation. The main focus of this position is to research applications and platforms targeted for integration with C3, ensuring a deep understanding of how C3 can enhance the targeted platform and best meet our client’s needs. We are looking for an individual with a technical mindset and great attention to detail that will recommend options and approaches to integrating C3 with the target systems. Although this is not intended to be a focused development role, some development responsibilities could be assumed given the appropriate abilities and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for application integrations.
  • Research and document integration options via building a deep understanding of target platforms.
  • Recommend changes to existing code base to facilitate product integrations.
  • Perform and respond to code and architecture reviews.
  • Work with clients to understand their main challenges and document integration requirements.
  • Support the deployment of C3 when integrating with client systems and environments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduation from a College or University program in a technical discipline, or relevant work experience.
  • Experience with researching APIs, applications, and platforms.
  • A technical mindset with great attention to detail.

Preferences:

  • Experience working with clients to define functional and non-functional system requirements
  • Experience with MS Office and SharePoint
  • Experience with MS Azure
  • Experience with Document Management Systems.
  • Experience with Information Management and Data Governance.
  • Experience in an Agile-based development environment.
