Junior Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Cogniva is the publisher of the C3 solution. C3 automates tasks related to organizing information and enforcing compliance rules that are traditionally delegated to users.

By unifying and integrating traditional information management standards and tools into a cohesive framework, C3 simplifies information management and compliance tasks for both users and information managers.

  • Is detail-oriented and can meet deadlines and objectives, while being flexible to adapt to changing priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Cogniva’s Sales Team in the execution of the complete sales cycle, from generating sales leads, coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development, negotiating and closing.
  • Contact leaders, executives, and business owners to determine whether they can benefit from our platform.
  • Monitor sales activities and action follow-ups.
  • Assess key decision-makers’ needs and develops a plan of action to meet customer needs with Cogniva’s products and services.
  • Maintain account presence by providing value-added services and maintaining professional relationships with key customer personnel.
  • Understand customers’ business, technology and product requirements and appropriately match Cogniva’s solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Organize presentations, meetings or video conferences as needed.
  • Participates in trade shows, as assigned, to promote company products and to develop leads.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University or college diploma in communications, marketing or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • 6 months business to business sales experience is an asset
  • Comfortable with decision-making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations before escalating to the next level
  • Computer savvy, ability to learn new technologies
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
